Indo Tibetan Border Police is deployed on border guarding duties from Karakoram Pass in Ladakh to Jachep La in Arunachal Pradesh covering 3488 km of Indo-China Border and manning Border Outposts on altitudes ranging from 9000’ to 18700’ in the Western, Middle and Eastern sectors of the Indo-China Border.

ITBPF is a specialized mountain force and most of the officers and men are professionally trained mountaineers and skiers. Being the first responder for natural disaster, ITBPF has been carrying out numerous rescue and relief operations across the country.

ITBP previous year question papers : Exam Pattern

Candidates face a lot of confusion related to Exam pattern for ITBP examination. Exam pattern plays a crucial role in clearing any competitive examination as it gives us a insight of marking scheme and types of question asked in the examination.
The Indo Tibetan Border Police examinations is objective in nature and is of 100 marks in total. The questions are related to Quantitative Aptitude, English, Hindi, GK, Reasoning. The language option you can opt for for examination paper is English or Hindi .  Other details about ITBP Exam Pattern for Constable Posts are given below.

ITBP Selection Procedure

Huge number of candidates apply for Indo Tibetan Border Police constable and Head Constable examination. Hence the competition is also tough. That is the reason the ITBP examination is conducted in three phase

Trade Test

Each Candidates is allowed to appear for any one trade test. Trade test carries 50 marks.
