IOCL work in the domain of refining, pipeline transportation & marketing, of petroleum products to exploration & production of crude oil & gas.

IOCL Selection Process

Exam for recruitment in the organization is conducted by IOCL every year. Candidates are also recruited in IOCL through GATE Exam. Candidates have to clear 3 rounds to be a part of IOCL. They are:
  • Written Exam
  • Technical Interview
  • HR Interview

IOCL Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate must have a minimum of 60% in 10th, 12th & B.Tech degree.
  • Educations Gap of maximum one year is accepted.
